Design, Create, Live!

When I was young, I always loved art class.  It was just as good if not better than my other two favorite subjects- lunch and recess!  As I grew older, I was discouraged from continuing in artistic pursuits because they were deemed "not useful".  I've found my way back to the word of art now in my 40s and am so happy that I have. This truly is my passion and I can't imagine doing anything else! 

I use traditional media for drawing, painting, sculpting, etc. I  do digital art, costuming (cosplay), graphic design, 3-D sculpture, and Blender (3-D digital) projects.  Polmer clay, cardboard sculpture.  The list goes on.

I design graphics for clothing and other products.

I also enjoy the challenge of providing graphic design solutions for businesses and organizations!

Scott Harris (character design), figurative artist Aixa Oliveras, who was my professor for figure drawing at Miami-Dade College, Illustrator Ed Rosas, Stan Prokopenko who is an incredible online art teacher.  There are many, many more.  Inspiration can be found all around us if we know how to see it!
